Finance Senior Officer
Jobs & Responsibilities:
Assures that financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded for internal reporting, tax reporting and external
audit. Lead the Finance team for daily finance & accounting functions. Supervise the Account Payable team to make sure that AP is recorded on time and according to company’s policy. Work with other department to support any continuousimprovement projects in terms of providing financial data and giving recommendation on financial perspective. Involve in preparing Annual Operating Budget, cost management and updating monthly financial performance review. Update Accounting Procedures and communicate with all of employees. Oversee Interco transaction. Check and monitor all salary calculation. Check and approve payment vouchers and purchase vouchers. Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax office, tax consultant, government institution, Banks and other external. Make certain that internal control reviews are in order and any issues are closed timely. Develops and implements procedures and systems for internal control. Ensurescompliance with Corporate accounting policies and local statutory financial requirements. Responsible for all tax matters. Identifies improvement opportunities and develops timely action plans relating to on-going month-end closing and otherprocedural applications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, while post graduate degree in finance or accounting will be an advantage.
- Min 3 years experiences of relevant accounting experience preferably in electronics manufacturing environment or in a MNC. Working
- Excellent Excel skills, previous experience with SAP and Hyperion will be an Excelitas Technologies Batam
