1. Human Resource & General Service Staff

Requirements:

    Min. S1 in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology
    Min. 1 year experience in HR as generalist
    Having understanding of legal contract, government regulation and law
    Having understanding of Indonesia labor law, industrial relation and implementations in daily HR practices
    Familiar with Employee data filing system and Absenteeism
    Prepare and calculate overtime report (monthly) from all departments and HR reimbursement report (business travel, medical, transportation, etc) to support company’s budget effectiveness
    Good communication and interpersonal skill
    Willingness to be traveled to Site (South Kalimantan)

2. Tax Specialist

Requirements:

    S1, Majoring in Accounting/ Taxation from reputable University
    GPA Minimal 2,75
    Min. 2 years experience in the same position
    Have a strong understanding of accounting systems and tax procedure, tax on income, VAT, tax on sales of luxury goods, land and building tax, tax audit, object and resource, as well as a special case of taxes
    Able to taxation planning, arrange SPT month and annual report
    To be place in Jakarta (Head office) and willingness to be travelled to Site (South Kalimantan)

3. Finance Officer

Requirements:

    Male/Female, 23 – 26 years old
    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university
    GPA ≥ 3.00
    Minimum 1 year experience, in Accounting
    Familiar with Financial Report, tax and proficiency in Ms. Office
    Good understanding related in background, general Accounting
    Have good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and well organized
    Hard working, motivated and willing to learn
    Good Personality and Communication Skill

4. System Analyst – SAP

Requirements:

    Male or Female ( 24-35 years old)
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably from information technology.
    Excellence understanding about ERP System, SAP system
    Required skill(s): SAP Modules Implementer (end to end); excellent skill in specific modules (MM, PM, PS, HR, ABAP, FICO, BASIS).
    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
    A good team player.
    More than 1 Full-Time position available.

5. HR Personnel Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

    Support in all HR operational activities of the division of HR
    Input new employee’s data into the system
    Create and distribute contracts for new employees
    Manage personnel matters ie. employment agreement, Jamsostek, medical insurance, overtime, absenteeism, office administration, etc

Requirements:

    Age Max 25 Years Old
    Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management
    Have experience min. 1 year in staff HR / Personnel Administration
    Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel)
    Good interpersonal & communication skills
    Able to work under pressure, hard worker, fast learner
    Ability to work individually and as a team.

6. Internal Audit

Requirements:

    Candidate must posses at least bachelor Degree in Management/Accounting/Law
    Fresh graduate are welcome, or 1 years of working experience, preferably having experience as an auditor in public accountant (KAP)
    Fluent in English (oral & written) is a must
    Excellent computer skills
    Knowledge of tax in general and system operating procedure
    Able to work in team or independently with tight dead line
    Willing to travel out of town
    Honest, good initiative, willingness to work beyond regular hours on occasion.

7. Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

    Prepare and implement employee salary administration and calculation of employee salary, bonus, insurance and income tax to assist employee salary administration process
    Prepare and monitor employee’s JAMSOSTEK submission for obtaining personal Jamsostek number and ensure that all Jamsostek Report and payment are completed by the 10th of the month
    Maintain good relationship with external vendors, government bodies (depnaker, jamsostek, etc.) in order to have smooth operational HR activities
    To maintain good motivation, attitude, Pro-active personality, and solid team work

Requirements:

    Male/Female, 23 – 28 years old
    Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 3.00 of 4 from reputable university, preferable from major Accounting or equivalent
    Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel), knowledge of advanced Excel will be an advantage
    Good self motivation, strong analytical reasoning and team player
    Having experience in Payroll Operation will be an advantage
    Having knowledge of tax and regulatory will be an advantage
    Having a strong communication skill and service oriented person.

8. Finance Supervisor

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    At least 5 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years in the related field is required for this position.
    General/Cost Accounting from mining and commercial environments is MANDATORY.
    IT savvy and ERP implementation mandatory. SAP/JDE a plus.
    Good working relationship with bankers mandatory.
    Strong leadership skills.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
