POSITION Head of Interactive Marketing
Departement : Marketing Communication
General Requirements
Male or Female (maximum age 25 years)
University Graduate – Major Study of Communications/Journalism/Marketing Communications
Has up to 1 year experience in the same position
Able to work in flexible working hours
Lives in Bali
Able to join as soon as 5 days after interview
Broad knowledge of current events, arts, culture and trends
Technical Abilities :
• Skilled at engaging new people at events and/or in social media spaces
• Ability to take initiative or direction and to work independently or collaboratively with others
• Excellent technical knowledge as well as written and verbal communications skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong project management skills and experience
• Experienced and adept user of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Blog sites)
• Working knowledge of video compression and online distribution workflow
• Knowledge of or interest in Domestic and International Culture, Arts and current events
• Commitment to media arts field or community engagement a plus

Responsibility :
Seeks a skilled, enthusiastic and organized individual to implement interactive strategies, manage online content, and coordinate release schedules. As society is saturated with media on multiple channels through broadcast, online, and mobile spaces, there is an increasing need to distinguish non-commercial public media, and to engage new audiences to enrich public life.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing Communications, and is key to implementing all interactive strategies and online content including written, audio, video, and multimedia content. The Head of Direct & Interactive Media will manage all social networking activities, and work closely with the Marketing Communications department and the Visual Communications department to outreach to and engage supporters through interactive activities. This position will also solicit and integrate needs of other departments and ensure that all content are consistent with our’s brand and strategic directions.
Range Salary : Depend on Interview result.
