URGENTLY REQUIRED We are the largest Independent Power Producer (IPP) in West Java, located in Cikarang, looking for high potential to join in our team as   COMMUNICATION & GOV.REL SUPERVISOR Comm. & Gov.Rel. Supervisor/Comm. & Gov.Rel. Supervisor Responsibilities : To develop and implement strategies in line with corporate directives and objectives to obtain and maintain all necessary development and operation permits and conformances in line with the prevailing Indonesian Law & Regulations To establish and maintain professional relationships and to create a dialogue with central, provincial and local governments and members of parliaments as well as other related stakeholders To establish effective public relations, communication and corporate social responsibility strategies by implementing value add community development programmes. Requirements : Male/Female Maximal 37 years old Degree in Law/Engineering with min 5 years experience in building and maintaining resourceful relationship with the government agencies at central level as well as familiarity of how these processes work at the provincial and local levels. Proven track record of successes in this area will include strong program management skills Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels, very adaptable to changes in the government institutions Has analytical and conflict resolution skills, highest commitment to integrity to guide actions and decisions Excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, a commitment to follow-through, and comfort operating in a fast-paced multinational environment on multiple assignments.
