1. Product Engineer (PE)

- Manage Product Transfer and Project Schedule
- Coordinate DFM/DFT with design team
- Liaise with customers and plant for all technical issues
- Create and maintain the BOM including ECN
- Perform First Article Approval for parts
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
2. Test Development Engineer (TDE)
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop test plan based on customer/product requirements
- Study test coverage/FMEA for functional testers
- Develop functional testers
- Qualify testers in production
- Perform product failure analysis
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering
- knowledge of C programming
- knowledge of PC communication such as GPIB, RS 232 and USB
- knowledge of digital and analog electronics
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
3. Electronic Engineer (EE)
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic hardware and firmware
- Create bill of materials for electronic parts
- Perform Design Verification Test (DVT)
- Design and route PCB
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering
- knowledge in C programming, MCU, digital logic design and FPGA
- PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/Mentor Graphics
- RF design experience is an advantage
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
4. Component Engineer (CE)
Job Responsibilities:

- Create and Maintain VPL using Part Library Manager
- PCB, CAD and Gerber data analyzing
- Combining and linking BOM versus X-Y SMT data
- Managing specific client and project
- Maintaining the good relation and coordination with other related departments
Job Requirements:
- PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/mentor Graphics
- Good management (time, document, project)
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
5. Mechanical Engineer (ME)
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical parts using 2D/3D design tool
- Plastic packaging design for products
- BOM creation for mechanical parts/product
- Mechanical part First Article (FA) review and approval
- Create Design FMEA
- Perform Design Verification Test (DVT)
- Failure analysis and provide corrective action.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in 2D and 3D design using both Autocad and Pro-E
- Knowledge in OSD software is an advantage
- Understand the product development cycles
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
6. Test Engineer (TE)

- Lead a section of Test Engineering to manage :
- Test Set Up, Test maintenance & PCBA Debug
- Transfer Tester from HQ or Customer
- Able to communicate well with the Customer, frequent communication with Customer require.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess knowledge in ICT Software, CTT, Labview, MS Access Software
7. SMT Engineer (SE)

- Control SMT yield performance.
- To control / Monitoring SMT Preventive Maintenance
- To lead change over activities.
- Process and improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
8. Process Engineer (PE)
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle process Engineer in providing smooth production flow
- To monitor and control difference products handled by Process Engineers
- To provided support to Process Engineer in solving daily product issues
- To report performance of individual Process Engineers
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Able to write and spoke English / Indonesia
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess knowledge in Quality Tools, FMEA, Process capability analysis and Engineer analytical oralyss
9. Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform failure analysis, Generate key performance indicate charts
- To drive for Quality Improvements to meet the yield and quality target of product allocated
- To communicate with customers on daily requests/reporting
- To promptly handle all incoming and production part defects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any disciplinary
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Candidate must be fluent in for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess knowledge in Six Sigma Black/Green Belt
- Possess knowledge in ISO 14000/TS 16949
10. BUYER ( BYR )
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Issued PO and follow up the commitment date from supplier
- Applying rescheduling report (Delinquent, pull in, Push out, and cancellation) and follow up the result closely with the supplier.
- Maintaining the effective communication to Vendors and another related dept. within organization especially regarding delivery related issues (eg. Shipment pre-alert , delivery delinquency)
- Solving problematic issue related with shipment from Supplier (eg. Shipment discrepancy, Problematic DO )
- Solving all the problematic invoices issue
- Able to negotiating contracts with supplier specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work at Batam
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
11. COB Engineer (COBE)
Job Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as a team leader on both maintenance & Process control.
- Able to generate TEV, Quality Alert notice & simple work instruction related to COB process.
- Able to analyze new defect, daily repetitive defects on production floor related to material or process.
- Coordinate with NPI/Product Engineer team for pilot run activities and documentation for the new products.
- Minimum requirements of process mapping/characterization to look for process limitations weakness and activate improvements.
Job Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in Electronics /Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar on the process & requirements of both Die attach & Aluminum Wire bonding. Able to explain the acceptable criteria of Die attach & Aluminum wire bonding process.
12. Material Controller (MC)
Job Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities :
- Loading of work order per EO requirement
- Releasing of work order for store kitting and issuance of work order to Production
- Follow up all material shortages and confirm delivery to Batam to void production line down
- Ensure work order are close within three days after production has fully receive in the F/G
- Keep track of execution order WIP status from SMT to B-END
- Ensure and understand shipment plan for individual model assignment
Job Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree
- Computer literate, preferably with SAP experience
