Drydocks World facilities operate in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In Southeast Asia, Drydocks World unites leading expertise at the world’s crossroads of busiest shipping lanes, and close proximity to major offshore oil and gas field developments in Singapore and Batam Island, Indonesia. Diverse marine activities are focused in 4 shipyards, namely: Singapore, Graha, Nanindah and Pertama. Collectively these encompass 29 building berths, 8 floating docks, and a specialised rig building yard.
The right candidates for our yards must be able to develop and support an excellent safety culture and possess a sound knowledge of shipyard practices. They should also have practical experience in the rig building, shipbuilding or ship repair sectors, having held relevant positions in the marine or offshore industry. | Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | Lead and manage the QA Team responsible for all Batam yards Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve and sustain ISO 9001:2008 certification Drive continuous improvement efforts and ensure all processes are aligned with global QA policies, best practices and business needs Manage access control and updates of policies and procedures Manage the various Quality System elements including Internal Audits, Occurrence Reports, Key Process Objectives and Calibration System for improvements and corrective actions to meet business objectives Evaluate new vendors and subcontractors in order to maintain the integrity of the selection process Drive a business oriented QA with professional approaches toward effective positive collaboration in an ethical working environment with all stakeholders Provide advisory and consultation to stakeholders and provide regular updates to management |
Persyaratan
- Degree in Quality Management System or relevant Engineering qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a QA role, including QMS and ISO 9001:2008 standard implementation
- Possess an ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Certification
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with experience with working with international stakeholders
- Business oriented with strong leadership & management skills
- Meticulous, organized and takes ownership
