Financial Manager

(North Sumatra)

Requirements :

• Male, minimum 30 years old
• Expatriates are welcome to apply
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Economics, Finance/Accountancy
• Candidate must have at least 7 years experience in supply chain and factory finance
• Preferably Manager Finance specializing in Plantation Company
• Capable in manage accounting and finance activities supporting all line of the business
• Have a ability to maintain strong internal control, reporting standard and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
• Position will be base in North Sumatra
• Computer literate is a must
• Candidate should be able to make Financial Budget for Palm Plantation and Financial Statement
• Detail oriented and knowledge of basic financial models and strategy
• Good analytical thinking and ability to create solutions out of analysis
• Strong leadership, strong project management skill, and experience handling multiple projects
• Liaise with Auditor, Tax agents, Banks and Financial Institutions on accounting, tax, treasury and other financial matters.

Responsibilities :

• Drive accountability and ensure the timely delivery of the project
• Drive and ensure all legal and statutory compliance
• Work closely with the plan manager and lead the financial delivery of the project
• Maintaining and improving fractionation margin
• Sustain blend flex saving and reduce sustainability premium
• Ensure buying and operational efficiency through tracking feedstock hedging, monitoring freight saving and yield improvement
• Implementing the factory accounting and costing system ensuring adequacy of governments and adherence to internal control, ensuring compliance to accounting police manual and SCOA
• Timely and error free result reporting to regional and local teams on monthly basis
• Key role in ensuring implementation and tracking of saving both operational and fiscal benefits
• Maintain and ensuring statutory compliance including taxation
• Partner and support on capex decision making
• Continuously drive of process simplification and automation to achieve accuracy and to reduce monthly result reporting timelines
